It’s Always In A Woman… But Never In A Man!
Patience, that is… so it’s said.
Well, I’ll second that motion of belief, that women are more ‘Patient’ than men. I’ve heard it said that the women who trade tend to be better than the men because of their ‘Patience’.
Hmmm…
Now don’t go getting a sex change but you (men) can change the way you think and trade.
Anyway, it’s takes ‘Patience’ and all of the other ‘Super-Trader Traits’ to trade the markets but not only trade… but to make money in the markets.
And there’s ‘Independence’… and on the subject of ‘Independence’ I am going to give you the opportunity to be just that, ‘Independent’.
So, in saying or writing that, I shall no longer be writing on this Blog…
Yes, this Blog is now coming to an end whilst I go on a sabbatical which will give
me more time to focus on my way forward with my own trading.
And I close this Blog I want you to read this story from the book ‘Zen
Flesh Zen Bones’, it’s called:
A Mother’s Advice
Jiun, a Shingon master, was a well-known Sanskrit scholar of the Tokugawa era. When he was young he used to deliver lectures to his brother students.
His mother heard about this and wrote him a letter:
‘Son, I do not think you become a devotee of the Buddha because you desire to turn into a walking dictionary for others. There is no end to information and commentation, glory and honour. I wish you would stop this lecture business. Shut yourself up in a little temple in a remote part of the mountain. Devote your time to meditation and in this way attain true realization.’
After reading this I felt it referred to me so where it says ‘Buddha’, change it to the word ‘Markets’ (if you so wish).
And the last sentence from the word; ‘Devote’ to ‘True Realization’ is what I shall be doing, in relation to my own thoughts and trades, alone and in ‘Independence’.
It’s time to leave…
